Lifebridge
We stand alongside the marginalized, the voiceless, the dismissed, and the overlooked people in our communities. We believe that entire neighborhoods can be transformed by the power of God’s love expressed in tangible ways by His people and want to be agents of His transforming power in neighborhoods all across our city.
Crossroads
Crossroads at Pure Heart is a holistic, intensive outpatient program focusing on relapse prevention, trauma, and wellness for those recovering from substance use disorders. Through a 12-week minimum plan, clients attend 3-hour sessions four times per week, engaging in health and wellness activities to reduce cravings and promote overall well-being.
School Connect
School Connect exists to connect faith communities and businesses to adopt local schools in mutually beneficial partnerships. We host a yearly School Connect Summit, train churches and community partners how to adopt schools and lead the Love Our Schools Day Initiative.
Heart Kids Academy
At Heart Kids Academy we strive to be a safe place where all children feel accepted and loved while being taught, they are a valued creation of God. We aspire to be a center where all children can use their unique gifts, talents and abilities to love and serve others and their community.
Heart College
At Heart College, our primary focus is to help our students discover God’s calling on their lives, and then equip and train them to use their learned skills and God-given spiritual gifts to be a positive impact within the church, local community, and beyond. All, while earning a degree from an accredited university.
Brushfire
Come enjoy delicious, fresh food – knowing that you are helping make a tangible difference in the lives of those around us! All proceeds from Brushfire’s Glendale location go directly back into our local community to support local schools, first responders, and serve countless families through Lifebridge and School Connect.
