Monday Night Support Groups
Peer led support intended to create a strong community connection with those that are experiencing similar life stressors.
Codependency Support Group:
This group is open to women who want to learn how to develop tools and skills to help break free from codependent behaviors and establish healthy boundaries within relationship with others.
DivorceCare – Women:
is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Don’t go through separation or divorce alone.
FullCircle Youth at Risk Program:
operates a staff facilitated 12 Step based enthusiastic sobriety support group for young people struggling with a variety of issues. These issues include substance abuse, mental health concerns, pornography, gambling, eating disorders, self-harm, promiscuity or other compulsive behaviors.
is a program with direction and purpose. With GriefShare you will learn how to walk the journey of grief and be supported on the way. It is a safe place where grieving people find healing and Hope.
A faith-based enrichment group for kids K through 6th grade. This group teaches life skills covering emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual aspects of life. We use scriptures, songs, activities, games and bible lessons applying God’s word to our feelings, thoughts and behaviors.
Men’s Chemical Dependency:
This group is for men who struggle with chemical and other types of addictive issues that control their life. Come receive acceptance, support, love and direction. Men are guided toward a balanced lifestyle of Christian discipleship and accountability using scripture, renewal of the mind, and 12 steps to assist in achieving sobriety and serenity.
The Men’s Transformation Group will give you the encouragement to stay away from all sexual immorality and the support and accountability as you learn to control your own body in holiness and honor. 1 Thes 4:3-4.
Living Grace (Individuual):
This curriculum-based groups is designed to encourage and support individuals living with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar.
Family Grace Groups: (loved ones) First Monday of the Month Only.
This curriculum-based group is designed to encourage and support family members with loved ones who struggle with mental health issues.
Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL):
Welcome to Pal Parents of Addicted Loved ones is a support group of parents helping parents. We meet every week to offer education and support for parents who are dealing with a son or daughter battling addiction. PAL can also be helpful for those dealing with an addicted spouse. All sober family members and friends, 18 or older are welcome at our meetings.
Single Moms Group:
This group is for Single Mothers looking for support from other women that have gone through similar issues in life. This group follows the 12 step model from a Christian Perspective.
Veterans Trauma Support Group:
Men’s Support group for Military and First Responders who have been subject to trauma or combat-related Post Traumatic Stress.
This group is for women who struggle with chemical and other types of addictive issues that control their life. Come receive acceptance, support, love and direction. Women are guided toward a balanced lifestyle of Christian discipleship and accountability using scripture renewal of the mind and 12 steps to assist in achieving sobriety and serenity.
Women’s Support Group:
This is a general women’s group where a variety of topics, stories and issues are discussed and shared by the group members and the facilitator. Some things you may relate to, some you may not. This makes our Women’s Group a unique place for you to join with other women and be able to process and discuss issues that can range from a destructive relationship, childhood abuse, depression and anxiety to disordered eating habits, addictive behaviors and even health issues.
Groups meet Monday evenings at 6:30PM-8:00PM

Enjoy a variety of opportunities to fit all levels of fitness including those with physical limitations or disability. Semester classes include; group fitness classes, core/flexibility/stability training, and resistance with weights choreographed to music.
