What We Do
Heart Kids is offered for Infants through 5th Grade and is held during all weekend services. Children will experience interactive worship, relevant Bible teaching, group discussion, and age-appropriate activities to help them connect with God and each other all in a safe environment.
Sick Child Policy
It is our desire to provide a healthy and safe environment. Please do not check in your child if he/she has any of the following symptoms:
- Fever, diarrhea, or vomiting within the last 48 hours
- Green or yellow runny nose
- Eye or skin infections
- Other symptoms of communicable or infectious disease
- Please appropriately cover any wounds or cuts with clean bandaging.

Family Dedications and Baptisms
At Pure Heart, we practice the dedication of families of children up through age 5. Children, age 6 and older, are encouraged to be baptized if they have personally made the commitment of making Jesus Lord of their life.
Baptism classes and family dedication classes are the week before baptisms or dedications in service. Completion of the dedication class is required to participate in family dedications.

Family Dedication is committing your child and your family to the Lord because of the relationship you have with Him. Family Dedication is letting your relationship with Jesus flow over into your relationships with your kids so that they would learn to have that same relationship with Jesus.
Three things are happening with Family Dedications:
1) You, as parents, are dedicating your child to the Lord.
2) You, as parents, are dedicating yourselves to the Lord, and to live according to His Word.
3) We, the church, are dedicating to come alongside you as you raise your children to know and love the Lord.
At Pure Heart, family dedications are for children of single and married parents. This is for families who are ready to take a deeper step of commitment in following Jesus Christ. Child dedications are a public commitment of the parent(s) to honor God completely in their parenting, sexual purity, and home life.

Children’s Check In Process
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the service so we can help you get checked in. Our Check-In Center is located in the lobby of the 600 building.
Safety
In order to provide the safest environment for your children while in our care, we follow a strict check-in process. All Heart Kids volunteers are carefully trained and background-checked before serving.
