June 6th – Genesis 6:18
18 But I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall go into the ark – you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. (NKJV) For further study, Genesis 6

Prayer Focus: Lord, I see Noah listening and obeying You even when it looked almost impossible. Help me to trust You as Noah did. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.


June 7th – Genesis 17:2-4
2 And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” 3 Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying: 4 “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. (NKJV) For further study, Genesis 17

Prayer Focus: Father, when I see the promises You made to Abraham and that You called him from the land he knew to a far away land, I see his faith and trust in You. Help me to have faith like Abraham and help me to always trust You. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.


June 8th – Exodus 3:2-4
2 And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. 3 Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.” 4 So when the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” (NKJV) For further study, Exodus 3 & 4

Prayer Focus: Father, You are amazing and can do things that I have never even dreamed of. Help me to follow You even when it is beyond my understanding. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.


June 9th – 1 Kings 17:2-4
2 Then the word of the LORD came to him, saying, 3 “Get away from here and turn eastward, and hide by the Brook Cherith, which flows into the Jordan. 4 And it will be that you shall drink from the brook, and I have commanded the ravens to feed you there.” (NKJV) For further study, 1 Kings 17, 18 & 19

Prayer Focus: Father, when I see how You provided for Your servant I know You can handle all of my needs. Help me to always ask You for help and not rely on my own strength. In Jesus’ name. Amen.


June 10th – Acts 9:4-6
4 Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” 5 And he said, “Who are You, Lord?” Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads.” 6 So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” (NKJV) For further study, Acts 9

Prayer Focus: God, show me in my life where I’m resisting Your plan. Help me to cooperate with the plan You have for me. In Jesus Christ’s name I pray. Amen.


June 11th – Acts 12:7-8
7 Now behold, an angel of the Lord stood by him, and a light shone in the prison; and he struck Peter on the side and raised him up, saying, “Arise quickly!” And his chains fell off his hands. 8 Then the angel said to him, “Gird yourself and tie on your sandals”; and so he did. And he said to him, “Put on your garment and follow me.” (NKJV) For further study, Acts 12

Prayer Focus: Lord, You are the God of deliverance. Lord, deliver me from all my bondage. I ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.


June 12th – Acts 16:24-25
24 Having received such a charge, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks. 25  But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. (NKJV) For further study, Acts 16

Prayer Focus: God, help me to always remember to praise You no matter what the circumstances are. I know You will provide a way for me. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
